3.User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
A user story is a detailed, step-by-step to-do list of any project. It describes every feature from the user’s point of view, including what they want and why. Thus, a project is split into several phases or parts to be worked on efficiently. The development team receives a detailed breakdown of each feature and its function. User Stories provide an itemised and fixed-cost quote for each feature and function of a project.
